We aim for presenting diverse art works to the widest possible audience, for dialogue, exchange and exposure.
” Expo hall “
–“The Work In Progress” is our co-creative mutating art exhibition. This is ongoing art project has carried out as a mutating art exhibition. Different artists are invited to take over the previous exhibition. They are encouraged to use and remix the leftover materials and artworks by previous artist(s), as well as adding new artworks, installations, and other elements. “The Work In Progress” challenges the idea of static art exhibitions. Each day it can be a partially or completely different installation. This continuous change invites regular visitors to pay close attention to it. It also allows the invited artists to work on their exhibition during our open hours, which leads to input and reflections from spectators.
– “Workshop tables” emphasise on interaction and collaboration. Tankstation provides materials and tools and everybody is invited to sit around and make their own creations
“Art at the table”
In out dinning room where people come together, eat and spend a lot of time. Here art is at sight!! It allows visitors to be frequently surrounded by all kinds of creative work while they enjoy their time!
A pseudo-secluded space with the potential to become anything! As our ‘unofficial cultural free zone,’ it has served a range of serious and playful purposes like a DIY station; DIY Gender Neutral Nail Polish Saloon, Tarot reading sessions, Henna Tattoos, massage and meditation.
