Sjoerd has designed coffee machines professionally and knows them inside out. In the process he also learned a lot about coffee and can tell you what good coffee is and how to make it. In this workshop we’re starting off with the main ingredient of coffee: the beans. \nWhere it grows\, how it grows\, how it is processed\, how it is roasted\, how it is served\, it all influences the flavour. What if I tell you that coffee can have notes of chocolate? Or raspberries? All just by how it’s grown and processed. \nIn this workshop\, Sjoerd takes you on a journey into the world of coffee. After this workshop you’ll be able to understand what’s written on a bag of coffee and what to expect flavour-wise.
