Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a movement practice that places our connection—with ourselves and with one another—at the center. Through intuitive movement, CBC gives you practical tools to stay true to yourself and to meet others from that authenticity.

In the workshop we explore leading and following while keeping boundaries front-and-center, sensing your genuine “yes” and “no.”
